Valve Repair Project Manager

, an Emerson Impact Partner, the global leader of automation systems and solutions, is currently offering an opportunity for a Final Control Project Manager to be part of our Midwest Valve Services (MVS) business unit.
This role will include managing projects and services related to control valves, pressure relief valves, isolation valves and related actuation.
The successful candidate will assist our Sales Operations, Sales, and Field Service teams in the development and delivery of final control solutions for our industrial customers.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Manage multiple concurrent final control projects.
Including valve repair, construction management and other customer outage scope deliverables Interface for internal service/project teams, customers, suppliers, Emerson divisions, EPCs, Impact Partners Manage team efforts within MVS project methodology including the design, documentation, implementation, testing, installation and commissioning of final control products Establish and meet project team commitments and deadlines Provide project status reports and serve as primary customer interface for scope, schedule, and budget Balance customer satisfaction and project profitability objectives Work independently and as part of customer project teams Participate in sales pursuits and proposal development Lead scope expansion and change order process Education and/or
Experience:
Project management certification preferred (PMP, CPM) 2 years of project management experience preferred Customer relationship management experience required Comfortable working in an industrial environment Experience working with valve, actuation and automation products preferred Additional Requirements:
Ability to work with and inspire others Capacity to participate in a dynamic, technical and customer-oriented culture Desire for continual training and education Travel to customer facilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Keywords:
